How to Sublimate Blanks With 3D Sublimation Vacuum Machine

1, Prepare the Design:
Create or select your design using graphic design software
 
2, Print on the Film:
Load the 3D sublimation film into the sublimation printer to print the design
 
3, Sublimation Process:

Place the blanks with the secured film in the 3D vacuum heat press. Activate the vacuum to ensure the film wraps tightly around the contours of blanks, then start the sublimation process. The vacuum and heat will cause the ink to turn into a gas and bond with the surface of blanks.

4, Cool and Peel;

Once the process is complete, carefully remove the blanks from the machine. Peel off the film gently to reveal the transferred design. The ink should be fully embedded in the object, leaving a vibrant, durable finish.
